Ed Koch, ex mayor of New York is dead. I have no idea on his record as a mayor and can't be bothered checking but I remember one thing. He was among the first to come with the loathsome view that anti-Zionist equates anti-Semitism. In the end he was as tribal and ethnocentric as they come.
