"People who heard what Biden said were stunned. “This is starting to get dangerous for us,” Biden castigated his interlocutors. “What you’re doing here undermines the security of our troops who are fighting in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. That endangers us and it endangers regional peace.”
The vice president told his Israeli hosts that since many people in the Muslim world perceived a connection between Israel’s actions and US policy, any decision about construction that undermines Palestinian rights in East Jerusalem could have an impact on the personal safety of American troops fighting against Islamic terrorism.

I don't think Palestine has much direct influence over what happens in Iraq, Afghanistan or Pakistan.
ReplyDeleteHowever, the Palestinian question makes many muslims around the world very emotional. This is why I think the greatest contribution Israel could make in the global war against the Takfiri crazies would be to do right by the Palestinians.
It is true, the last part of what you said and you can be absolutely sure, as in you bet your ass.

ReplyDelete<span>Bin Laden said that al-Qaeda's actions are an attempt to help Palestinians:</span>
<span>"The blood pouring out of Palestine must be equally revenged. You must know that the Palestinians do not cry alone; their women are not widowed alone; their sons are not orphaned alone... The United States will not dream of enjoying safety until we live it in reality in Palestine. God willing our attacks will continue as long as you support the Israelis.” </span>

<span>Remarks of former U.S. Rep. Paul Findley, prepared for a public symposium in San Francisco on “War or Peace?” </span><span>April 10, 2005: “…Iraq and Palestine are two sides of the same coin. If our government truly seeks justice for the Palestinian people, the Iraqi insurgency will subside. Suicide bombings will fade away. American homes will no longer be permanently blighted by the fate of young people killed or wounded in action. We can then turn, as Abraham Lincoln might say, to the task of binding up our nation's wounds and achieving and cherishing a just and lasting peace among ourselves and with all nations. Can we do it? Are we powerless to change public policy? Is everyone paralyzed by fear of Israel?”<span></span></span>

" ... endangers regional <span>peace</span>.” Peace? I dread to think what the Middle East would be like in a state of conflict.
ReplyDeleter.s. OBL doesn't care about the Palestinians. Osama Bin Laden didn't massacre the Shiites of Gilgit Kashmir in 1988 for Israel. Nor did he help organize terrorist attacks against Russia, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and China for Palestine.
ReplyDeleteOBL is an anti Sufi anti Shiite racist and needs to be taken out.
This quote is amazingly stupid. As if Palestine had anything to do with the conflict in Iraq.
ReplyDeleteIraq's Arab neighbors were scared that Iraqi Shiites friendly to Iran would win Iraq's democratic elections, and that these free elections might cause Arab people outisde Iraq to demand freedom and democracy in their own countries. This is the real reason that Iraq's Arab brothers sent thousands of suicide bombers to mass murder Iraqis.
It could look the way it did under British occupation. At least that much is better now.
ReplyDeleteWhat are you havering about, shit-for-brains? Massacred any Muslims lately, you sick Shiv-Sena-wallah? Raped any Dalit women lately? Buggered their little brothers?
ReplyDelete<span>The only reason I quoted OBL is to back up your point! I was simply agreeing with you! Did you not say:
ReplyDeletethe Palestinian question makes many muslims around the world very emotional. This is why I think the greatest contribution Israel could make in the global war against the Takfiri crazies would be to do right by the Palestinians.

<span><span>anan, are you schizophrenic? </span></span>
OBL's mother is a Shiite Muslim! If he is "an anti Sufi anti Shiite racist" as you claim, then show me what he ever said against them. Surely, he must of at least mentioned the Shiites once if he hates them so much in one of the thousands of speeches and interviews that he gave, right? And while you are at it show me the evidence that he massacred the Shiites of Gilgit Kashmir. I dare you MF!

Yeah, let's talk about what's stupid..

<p><span><span>Afghan Resistance Statement: Obama’s [Cairo] speech is failed attempt to mislead Muslim world </span></span><span><span><span>9 Months, 1 Week ago: </span></span></span><span>“…he summarized the nearly 70-year crises in Palestine in a few misleading words. Mass murders are committed every moment (in Palestine). He also instructed Arab leaders to improve their ties with Israel. However, he did not speak about those surrounded in Gaza or about the supply of medicines and basic food items to them. It seems that Obama did not come to the Muslim world with a friendly message, but with an arrogant notion to give instructions (to the Muslim world). He told Muslims what they should do in order to secure the interests of America and Israel. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believes that Muslims` hatred will steadily rise towards America until a fundamental and true solution is found to these problems and practical steps are taken.” </span><span>The Supreme Council of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan</span></p>
