And they say activists have no sense of humor! This veteran protestor in Berlin, Germany probably thought that after several decades of protest we’d be moving forward to social transformation instead of backwards to feudal peonage. She likely hoped to spend more time with her grandchildren & less time freezing her butt off protesting in the bitter winter. She’s not the only senior miffed about this! Her clothespin placard says, “Wealth on ONE pile? We are cheesed off!” The meaning of this gets lost in translation--but not her indignation!
