Rep. Mike Pence: Israel should dictate U.S. policy

Matt Duss flagged this video of Rep. Mike Pence (R-Indiana), a senior member of the Republican leadership in the U.S. House of Representatives, talking to the Christian Broadcasting Network about why he unquestioningly supports Israel.
Pence is literally saying,
"Israeli officials should tell us what they want us to do, and we'll support it."

  2. Rep. Mike Pence (R-Indiana) not be smart. We be needin to pray for 'im.

I am researching the allegations against Hamas and the DU issue in Iraq.

I found reading this very informative:
    http://www.middleeastmonitor.org.uk/downloads/interviews/interview-with-colonel-desmond-travers.pdf

"HC - Was there any evidence of Hamas intimidation?
DT - None whatsoever. However, I have to be honest and say that we would probably have found it difficult to get people to queue up and give us information about Hamas’ misbehaviour within Gaza"

Could Gazan civilians have been scared of spilling the beans on Hamas to Goldstone investigators?

    Possibly.

Notice how the Goldstone report documents 36 cases of specific IDF actions.

These merit more investigation. It is also important to inform the friends of Israel about these 36 cases. Probably very few people in the world have heard about these 36 cases. This must change.

I thought that was what happened already.

  5. If you have read an account about the Goldstone report you would have learned that the people who were interviewed did so in complete anonymity. Goldstone is an experienced man and such a detail (fear factor) did not escape him.
Your source is just about SPECULATIONS...No evidence.

So your earlier comments were baseless.?

"Hamas fighters used Gazan civilians as Human shields. The Hamas fighters were scared of getting killed; and moreover the Hamas chain of command was damaged and no longer controlled its militia."

  9. Being an idiot is the least  of his misgivings. A cheap sellout is more like it.
