Only a kid can find fun in flooding

A little Filipino boy seems to be having the time of his life as his family evacuates from torrential rains dumped by Typhoon Saola in Bulacan, Philippines. His innocence will protect him (thank goodness) from knowing that several people were killed, over 20,000 displaced, farmlands & livelihoods lost by a natural disaster. Or is it natural!?
