A tribute to our animal companero

This is a touching story that illustrates the loving relations between human beings & animals that should exist. A wild Asiatic male elephant was hit & killed by a train in Kurkuria village, India. Before the villagers buried him, they made this floral offering to him in respect & placed it near his trunk--the organ elephants most use to express affection. May we join their bereavement.
