When Israel grants some workers permits to work in Israel, the authorities specify entry and exit time;, a worker cannot enter before the specified time and should exit before the end time, and the permits are usually for 12 hours a day.
The new military orders, issued by the commander of the Central Command, Ghadi Shamani, and the head of the so-called Civil Administration office, Yoav Mordachai, state that the workers who do not leave before the end time will lose their permits and will be fined in addition to the possibility of facing imprisonment.
Under the new law, the Israeli army will be using the workers computerized permit cards to ensure that they will not enter Israel before the specified entry time and will leave it before the specified end time.
“Violators will be punished, and will lose their permits”, an Israeli military official stated, “Remaining in Israel illegally will subject them to fined and charges of criminal and terrorist charges”.
