A few things... first saw the Outrage for the post where I said that the American Rapist Soldier will not get the death penalty for raping and killing an Iraqi girl and her Whole Family. I hope I am proven wrong and the American Rapist Soldier gets the death penalty, but I dont think so because I dont think any American will give the death penalty to the killers of Arabs it still did not happen in any of the trials and I dont think that will change now. If some thing does change I will consider an "apology" for noticing that so far no American got the death penalty or even a heavy sentence for killing Iraqis. Some sentences are from 6 months to a few years and some completely got of the Hook. Today we have a New Example of NO Justice from the BBC....

"A US military jury has acquitted a marine sergeant of killing an unarmed detainee during fighting in Iraq."

Second here are some comments that maybe some people think are very humane from the New President that is supposed to bring some Change to the World but I dont think they are humane at all. Poor seals, they did nothing wrong but I have nothing but disgust for them today:

Obama: Seal Hunt "Inhumane," An "Outrage"

Compare what Obama said about those seals with what he said about the massacre of women and babies in Gazza: "source of deep concern for me."

Wake me up when there is an American President that can express the same outrage over a seal as an Arab.

Now for something good to leave you with, here is an Excellent Iraqi artist by the name of "The Narcicyst." I like this video alot, I think he touched on many issues for Arabs in the USA. But I appreciated how he has one Arab American Clown working for the Government to harrass other Arabs. Great video and Narcy is a great artist I am still partial to DAM.

    Personally, I think this guy should be tried in an Iraqi court by Iraqi people-not under occupation. If they feel his state of mind should let him escape the death penalty, so be it.

    But what happens to him is not the main issue. The culture and training of the military should be examined. Also, those who set policy and decided how he should be trained should also be held accountable.

    I heard or read a couple weeks ago that after all, Obama DID take some behind-the-scenes action to get Israel to stop bombing Gaza. Quietly, as if not caring to take credit. What, I thought, did I judge him wrongly?

    Then the clarification came -- this was apparently from Seymour Hersh's recent article in the New Yorker. Obama's message to Israel was "be finished bombing by my inauguration". So that was it -- he didn't want any unpleasantness marring his moment of glory.

    While I am opposed to the death penalty for anyone, the fact is that it is law -- and particularly in court martials, the death penalty is common. Given that, he deserves the ultimate penalty as much as anyone does and any less of a sentence would be ludicrous. If anybody deserves it, he does, certainly.
