UN report finds no evidence of arms smuggling to Lebanon

Geez! Not even that too! Tsk, tsk!
So what does that make of this:

    TGIA, Iran clearly finances, arms and trains Hezbollah. Without Iran, Hezbollah wouldn't be able to pay their militia or fund their social spending programs.

    I have nothing against Iran giving their money away. Why can't Iran give their money directly to the elected Lebanese government and the Lebanese Armed forces? Why give their money to a non government entity . . . or a political party in another country?
