Bomb, bomb, bomb Iran (says Jewish historian, Benny Morris)

"Israeli historian Benny Morris, a man with a serious dislike of Arabs and Iranians, yesterday unloaded in the UK Guardian and urged nothing less than a military strike against the Islamic Republic.
Once again, a leading Zionist voice defines his ideology as nothing other than violence and devastation:
The talk in Israel, explicit and open – including in the country’s leading daily, Haaretz, last week – is about a war in the coming spring or summer. The skies will have cleared for air operations, Israel’s missile shields against short- and medium-range rockets will at least be partly operational, and the international community, led by President Obama, will palpably have failed to stymie Iran’s nuclear weapons programme. And the Iranians will be that much closer to a bomb."

  1. Hope Israel doesn't do it. But Saudi Arabia and Israel seem to be jointlyplanning a possible strike, whether the Messiah approves or not.

I wonder, why doesn't Saudi Arabia strike directly on their own? Why use proxies like Israel? Or during the Cheney administration, try to manipulate Bush to hit Iran?

How did Saudi Arabia get away with supporting the Iraqi resistance in attacks against the Iraqi government, their Iraqi Army and US soldiers between 2003 and 2007? Why does the world let the Saudis get away with their nonsense?

I asked the Totten folks about Pappe's research on ethnic cleansing on Palestine.

BTW, Hezbollah can be very rough. They often abuse and threaten people they don't like, including journalists. This doesn't mean that America shouldn't try to form an alliance with Hezbollah. Notice I argue for this in Totten's blog above.

  3. Ever since Benny was on the right track with his historical expose he scared himself straight.  Melted like a quivering coward in front of Zionist threats,  so now he announces violence like the rest of them,  sometimes louder and more vehemently.  He has to continue to satisfy his Zionist enclave,  and like a coward he continues to comply.

  4. ""If Hezbollah's followers believe that Ilan's researched account is accurate, might this explain Hezbollah's animosity towards Israel?" No, it would not explain it, Anand. Hezbollah hates Israel to begin with, and they cherry-pick Ilan Pappe's work because it conforms nicely with their agenda."

    Any comments?
Do Hezbollah really hate Israelis for reasons unrelated to Palestine?

  6. Why did Morris change course?
Morris explains his U turn as following. He became convinced that Arabs do not want peace with Israel after Arafat allegedly refused Barak's "generous" offer...

  7. Ilan Pappe on B. Morris
"The picture was partial because Morris took the Israeli military reports he found in the archives at face value or even as absolute truth. Thus, he ignored such atrocities as the poisoning of the water supply into Acre with typhoid, numerous cases of rape and the dozens of massacres the Jews pepetrated. He also kept insisting -wrongly- that before 15 May 1948 there had been no forced evictions."

anan..This is PATHETIC!  Have you ever heard of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 (20,000 victims)? Have you heard of the daily incursions into Lebanon's territory killing and intimidating the locals for decades before and after the founding of Hizbullah?

  9. Hizbullah was created as a "never again" response to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon.

This is a fact you won't find on that piece of shiToten's site.

  11. Essentially it boils down to what I said about Morris,  because he had access to this other information,  and the nonsense about "Barak's" generous offer is just too much...lol  He wanted to stay in the Zionist womb,  so he got as close to the edge of the envelope to try to claim some legitimacy (world recognition),  but refused to follow what he found to its logical conclusions.

  12. Toten is about as potent as a baby sucking its thumb with his so-called "arguments."  Those who cling to him are ignorant and will never arise from their ignorance by clinging to him.

  13. I feel deep disgust towards Totten. He's obssessed with Hizbullah and never fails to mention his meetings with IDF informants. His usual commenters are a bunch of hasbara drones and thugs..Tfouh.

  14. The Saudis are at the heart of most of the world's largest security problems. They and Pakistan are the center of the global Takfiri extremist network.

The Saudis buy politicians in other countries and manipulate the world for their agenda. This agenda isn't good for you TGIA or good for the Palestinians.

The Saudis are anti Shiite and anti Persian bigots and are trying to stop a Shiite Persian "bomb." They tried to manipulate Bush to do it for them through their asset Cheney. But Bush to his credit resisted the Saudis and Cheney and said no. Go Bush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Bush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now the Saudis find in Obama someone who is more resistant to them and more aware of their agenda than Bush. Obama is resisting them on the margins. The Saudis are now working on using Israel to stop the Shiite bomb.

  15. Not relevant by any means to what I said! You really have a comprehension problem.. Cognitive dissonance of sorts... You don't get what people say! It's frustrating!
