‘apartheid is here’

It looks like a tidal wave now and more people are speaking out:
Yediot Ahronot's ( Israel's largest-circulation daily) legal affairs editor: Apartheid is here

  1. Interesting theory,  to bifucate Apartheid until it becomes an "official" ruling from the Supreme court,  when it has existed since the beginning -

'a recent ruling by the Israeli High Court of Justice, which ordered desegregation of a West Bank road based on utilitarian rather than principled arguments was the first step towards institutionalizing Apartheid in Israel:"

To try to take one institution of the armed forces,  and divide it from Israel proper.  To take a "foreign policy" and say that it is not representative of the rulers in Israel proper - is a feat of incredible gymnastics.  However,  the USA and other countries try to do the same thing,  as if nothing done in the "foreign" arena will hurt the domestic.  I dealt with it when Jimmy Carter went to Brandeis and started to make this heavy distinction between the territories and Israel proper,  as if the leaders did not deal in both arenas -

Than he says that he is talking about the "conditions inside the Occupied Territories" but not inside of Israel. Pardon me, is it not the same people who make decisions Inside of Israel, that make the decisions of what takes place in the Occupied Territories? Or are we talking about two different groups of people? Don't they reside in Tel Aviv? With the mantle of statehood one's leadership is always open to criticism, without being constantly branded antisemitic.

If we were going to arrest those who made those horrific decisions inside the Occupied Territories would we arrest the alter ego's of those rulers in Tel Aviv and let their good sides go free? Simply laughable, we have the two faces of Janus here. This is an unwarranted dichotomy, simply a sleight of hand - it strains the bonds of credulity beyond all reason.
