Spin it, Charley!

Okay, enough already with the ridicule! But would you have been able to resist this one!? Charley is visiting Canada on that damn jubilee tour & Betty wants him to make the Windsors look good. It’s beyond the poor guy. His needs are remedial. So here Canada has him spinning a turntable at an employment skills workshop in Toronto.
