So gracious of BBC Scotland to find something remedial Charley could actually do--read a teleprompter. Only last month, he mastered the art of cutting up colored paper in a kindergarten class so the combination of reading with fine motor skills should make him prepared for an entry level position as the CEO of any corporation, where cutting the jobs of subordinates without evincing human sentiment is the only qualification needed.
