Homeless & freezing under US occupation
A cold & unhappy little boy waits with his father to receive blankets & winter jackets at a refugee camp in Kabul, Afghanistan. Forty-one people, almost all children, have frozen to death in the past few weeks in Afghanistan's coldest winter in 15 years. The hardest hit have been those living in refugee tents around the capital city which is the center of international groups administering billions of dollars in aid. The continuing US occupation has created massive homelessness in Afghanistan (& apparently massive corruption) & is directly implicated in the deaths of these children. Bring the troops home now!
