Afghan refugees of US occupation live in squalor in Pakistan

Afghan children living in Pakistan as refugees from US occupation stand outside their muddy house near Islamabad. The squalor cannot hide their beauty but it will certainly affect their health & well-being. (Anjum Naveed/AP)
