On 9 July Harvard University's Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR) invited Colonel Pnina Sharvit-Baruch, former Israeli military legal adviser, to their online Humanitarian Law and Policy Forum. The stated aim was to bring "objective" discussion to the principle of distinction in international humanitarian law, or what the forum organizers called "combat in civilian population centers and the failure of fighters to distinguish themselves from the civilian population.

ReplyDeleteJust one more addition, there were no Israeli troops moving in the areas in question - therefore, it was not used for the purpose (white phosphorus) of covering troops or obscuring movement. What was it used for? To burn the tender flesh of human beings. This is what this ass promotes by what he teaches, murderous coverup.
However, this is nothing new for Harvard. Havard is the school of choice for Israeli war criminals - they should open a war criminals schools for prospective attendees. harvard - the school of war criminals.
