American drone killings leading to one thing; predictable blow-back
Washington’s drone wars against countless countries receives far too little media scrutiny (is it because the White House says they’re killing “terrorists” and clueless reporters believe it?) and private companies are increasingly involved.
Joshua Foust writes in the Atlantic that the US should be worried:

For full disclosure purposes, Joshua Foust is a friend of mine. Some people have written vicious lies about him, including in that article you cited.
ReplyDeleteGreenwald in particular made up very vicious lies about Foust. This is one reason Greenwald is one of the worst people in America today.
Drones are a deeply imperfect way to operate in Pakistan. The problem is that the Pakistani Army backs Al Qaeda linked and Taliban linked networks and won't arrest them. Pakistan also doesn't allow any foriegn force to operate in their country. Pakistan authorized drone strikes. But recently Pakistan stopped authorizing them. It has been nearly 2 months since the last drone strike.
What can be done about the Pakistani Army and ISI?
Stop pretending you read anything Greewald has written, you lying machine!
ReplyDeleteTGIA, please read what I wrote. Joshua Foust is a friend. And I didn't appreciate the way Greenwald viscerally lied through his teeth about Joshua Foust. Maybe now you know why I have criticized Greenwald on your blog.
ReplyDeleteHow would you like if Greenwald did that to one of your friends?
I guarantee you, I have read Greenwald. That is the reason I don't like him!!!
Greenwald often behaves like a paid propogandist for the deep state. [deep states refers to the traitorous wing of GHQ or the Pakistani Army establishment.]
TGIA, what has GHQ or the House of Al Saud ever done for Palestinians or Lebanese or any levantines? They are your enemy too.
Listen here, dimwit! You said "Greenwald is against the poor"! If you don't get that only a brain-dead zombie would say such nonsense then it's no use talking to you.
ReplyDeleteTGIA, you are extremely idealistic and well intentioned. Not everyone is like you.
ReplyDeleteWhen you go to developing countries, what is their greatest criticism against Europe and America [and Japan and China etc.]? It is that rich countries block their exports and steal their jobs.
Do you have any idea how angry the Indian educated class was at America in the 1980s about American trade sanctions against India [which were promoted by American left of center politicians in the name of "fair trade"]?
You realize that despite their dislike of Bush, the large majority of newspapers in China, India, Asia, much of the world endorsed Bush for reelection in 2004. Why? Because of Kerry's hurtful wrong language on outsourcing. This is a huge deal for the the poor people of the world.
Reminds me of a human drone from long ago and far away.
