Syrian economy to exceed that of Lebanon, Jordan by 2015

BEIRUT: Syria’s Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Abdullah al-Dardari said that the gross domestic product (GDP) per capita of Syria is expected to double that of Lebanon and Jordan by 2015, reported the Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper on Monday. “It will get closer to the Israeli GDP per capita and Syria’s economy will become the strongest in the Middle East region, whereby the per-capita share will reach $3,000 of GDP yearly,” he said while participating in a conference in Halab.

  5. Why don't you just say in simple words how this is wrong? Why don't you argue rationally? One has to conclude using your terminology, you hate Syria..
