It would be a mistake to view Eden as a gross example of what are mistakenly called the “Israeli Defense Forces,” (the real IDF being in the US with bases in office buildings in all the major cities). From my personal experiences with the “IDF” in Lebanon and the West Bank, I would say that Eden is typical of what one finds wearing the Israeli uniform. It is, in short, an army of sadists.
