Icelanders get hot over mortgages
A quarter of Iceland's population may refuse to pay mortgages: "People are very angry because we feel the banks were gambling with the economy, with the currency, stealing, stealing our properties."
They turned Iceland into one massive hedge fund, when it turned sour it took down everyone (except the "few") with it.
ReplyDeleteHow is defaulting on debt a "good" thing? Why aren't Icelanders blaming themselves for why their currency lost half its value.
