      On a facebook wall without mention of location or place but judging from the head gear and clothes it's obviously Afghanistan. I was a bit suspicious at first that it could be photoshopped but I entered it in 'Photoshopped Image Killer' (http://www.pskiller.com/), a site that can detect manipulated photos and it found no signs of manipulation apart from jpg compression..
