New book on Einstein and Israel: He said no to a Zionist state
Testifying for the Anglo-American inquiry on Palestine, he said, "The state idea... it is connected with many difficulties and a narrow-mindedness. I believe it is bad." In a interview with Mohammed Heikal, he said, "[The Arab] have a right to their homeland, a place for which they know no substitute, and no-one can deny it to them. "

Great post Molly. I could just as well have said the same thing I did on the Levy post. It is amazing how this is not seen by people, all you have to do is follow the horrid activity of the Zionists.
ReplyDeleteEinstein was a genius.
ReplyDeleteI am going to expand this statement, if I did not know any better I would say that Zionism is a way to not liberate us, but destroy us. In fact the idea of a nationalism, whether ethnically or racially based or not, is a a way to deaden people to a world of humanity. Zionism is a form of antisemitism, perhaps not in the sense of the rank and file, but the elite who encourage it to enrich themselves. If you think there is no small elite in Israel, than you know nothing about it.
ReplyDeleteNations are an elite way to divide humanity, to pit one against another - as an elite enrich themselves at the expense of the many. This is why you can have prosperous nations right next to poverty stricken nations - one is sacrificed for the sake of the other, one becomes the host of a deadly parasite in the other. In Israel you have it in close proximity, between the Palestinians and the Israelis. What people are decrying about Israel and the Palestinians is merely the par for course among nations created by elite design all over the world.
In the past you have heard me say that I am a world citizen, I am, but not in the sense of empire. I am a world citizen in the sense of humanity, a world of potential brothers and sisters, who should care for one another as extended family. Anything else narrows you, anything else causes you to be a cheerleader for what is not only harmful to the world at large, to to your own well being.

I will go even further, in a relgious sense, any book which tells you that "nations are ordained of god" is a lie, god does not create these little violent feifdoms - a small group of men agreeing in each, for their own advance do.

They have made it a little club, like a game, and you are the expendable game pieces.

ReplyDeleteEinstein said no to the Zionists when they offered him to be the president of the new state..
ReplyDeleteGlenn Beck is a jerk.
ReplyDeleteGlen Beck looks confused and emotional to me. I feel very sympathetic and empathetic to him. He really needs to do something like Yoga to calm down and center himself.
ReplyDeleteI don't think he is a bad guy, but merely hyper emotional, fidgety and confused. A lot like Michael Moore use to be before he began to settle down.
At first I thought the same anand, but now I just think he is nuts or a cynical manipulator. When he said Obama is a racist I really thought he had gone over the edge.
ReplyDeleteI didn't see him call Obama a racist. I couldn't disagree with Glen Beck on that more strongly.
