End the US-NATO occupation now!

What’s that malarkey about US-NATO marines liberating Afghan women!? The UN has issued several reports on the deteriorating conditions in Afghanistan in poverty (over a third live in abject poverty), child labor, human rights crimes--to which we can add homelessness, thousands of orphans, million of refugees, hundreds disabled by land mines. Yet the UN can’t bring itself to denounce the US-NATO occupation--the primary cause of all this human misery. This child & her puppy are outside a brick factory in the outskirts of Herat. What is such a wee vulnerable child doing there? Is she orphaned? Homeless? Waiting for her mother? Waiting for her shift? Demand the immediate, unconditional withdrawal of all US-NATO troops.
