Iternational Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA): With respect to a recent media report, the IAEA reiterates that it has no concrete proof that there is or has been a nuclear weapon programme in Iran.

    That shouldn't matter , remember Iraq's famous WMD.

    There is not concrete proof that Iran has a nuclear weapons program. But this does not mean that Iran is in full compliance with the IAEA.
