Police aggression against Black youth has long been at crisis levels. The Bill of Rights is long since shredded, in particular the provision for probable cause governing search & seizure. Under the guise of the drug war & preposterous accusations of gang violence, Black youth are harassed, detained, & incarcerated. Rahmarley Graham, an unarmed 18 year-old man, was followed by narcotics cops to the bathroon in his grandmother’s apartment in the Bronx where they shot Mr. Graham in the chest & murdered him in cold blood.
