The conflict between jihadis in Syria is not over. Although the
differences have not led to internal armed conflict, the financial
impact has hit al-Nusra Front, whose funding was cut off recently by
Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Attempts at reconciliation have
failed, and the ISIS emir rejects arbitration.
Because of course that would be the best for the people of Syria! Nothing like those messy elections that were scheduled for May 2014... life becomes much simpler under ISIS: convert or we behead you.
