The English media is just a cornucopia of follies today. It was tempting to post the photo of the wee dog in Queensland peeing on Charlie’s foot but other news is so much more compelling. The Daily Mail is up in arms at the report in the US Globe tabloid that Betty Windsor is dying & Camilla is heading an evil plot to claim the throne. To counter the reports, Buckingham sent Betty & Phil out & about grinning from ear to ear. Smiling doesn’t come natural to either one so they have a royal handler who taught them how to just pull their lips back & fake it--which gives Phil more the look of a snarly dog. It’s true the Daily Mail is not the epitome of British media but does such gossip merit this degree of umbrage?
