Condemnations are nice for sure but can you shove them where they belong? Thank you!

  2. "Washington said the action was not in keeping with Israel's obligations under the so-called "road map" to resolve the Israel-Palestinian conflict.
Jewish settlers moved into the houses almost immediately."

    The soldiers were settlers anyway!

  3. How does this comment help Palestinians: "Condemnations are nice for sure but can you shove them where they belong? Thank you!" If you care about Palestinians, you should strive to cultivate as many allies as you can. Does your statement help cultivate allies?

  6. If you think this is new anand than you are are unaware of 60 years history of condemnations of Israel...The reason why I made a post it just to show that he comes another condemnation. Not to jubilate about exciting news!

  9. I won't register to Totten's site anand..Why not do us the favor of posting the info?...Much appreciated.

Besides...All the condemnations of the world though nice are not going to have any effect as long as the US is handing 6 Billion dollars a year in support for the outlaw state of Israel...We can't be that easily fooled(not anymore) by words...

It won't , but neither those empty condemnations .
Condemnation is a tactical manoeuvre designed to deflect attention from the bigger crimes . That is to say " Israel ..... stealing few houses is not acceptable by us " but stealing the whole of the nation is... well !! OK . murdering 1400 people in Gaza is sort of OK ,murdering women and children  well we can shut an eye or two , levelling Gaza itself is also acceptable.
    HYPOCRISY at best.

  12. We could have a show of the top ten condemnations.  They are as plentiful as pigeon droppings, and just as useless. They are used to somehow to make the general population think that these governing bodies or those in power really care, that they have the same concern that any "moral" party would have - its all a matter of placation for the masses. When you read about or hear a condemnation think of a fart, it is just as useful.  When you hear or read a condemnation,  take it as a sign that nothing of significance will be done by those in power.

  14. To be fair to anand, this is probably the first time he hears of a condemnation hence his "excitement" about it..I'm sure he didn't hear of the thousands of other periodic condemnations meant to calm down the growing anger within the Arab circles towards Israel and its supporters like the US...He hasn't been bitten by that snake before!

  15. After weeks of talk about Obama pushing forward with peace planes for the region, the US has shown a complete unwillingness to pressure Israel to stop flouting international law.

I watched the 5 seconds report on SBS. The Palestinian family stepping out of the front door and simultaneously the settlers went in with their belonging.  it was surreal.
