JERUSALEM (AFP) – The Israeli transport ministry said on Monday that it will get rid of Arabic and English names for cities and towns on road signs, keeping only the Hebrew terms.

  4. If you listened to the video you can plainly see that Tanya was right in her view of what was being done to the Palestinians. What she was not able to see was that even her statement about the "slow genocide" is about to become history, that "whole cities" could not be bombed, because it has happened and will continue to happen (see recent Gaza assault). The Zionists have become bolder and have now "advanced" to killing thousands in a short period of time, creating ghetto worse than the Warsaw. When will the tattoo's start and the ovens, every other precursor is in place?

Prepare the kids, time to go. You'll not be able to steal anymore and in the end you have to give back what you stole...Just like in Gaza, remember? you'll have to leave..

When the Israeli navy seized a small humanitarian boat flying under the Greek flag on Tuesday, 30 June, did the commandos commit acts of piracy when they forced the crew and 21 passengers -- including a former US Congresswoman and Nobel Laureate -- to port in Israel? May Israeli officials be prosecuted, and if so where?

    But the boycott is growing...

HeidelbergCement, one of the world's largest manufacturers of building materials, has become the target of legal action in Israel because of its activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT). The company's subsidiary, Hanson Israel, manufactures ready-made cement, aggregates and asphalt for Israel's construction industry and operates a quarry in the occupied West Bank.

The decline of Israel’s progressive movement

Naomi Chazan leaned forward in the arched lobby of Jerusalem’s American Colony Hotel. “If we want to chart the decline of the Israeli left, we should take 1992 as the starting point,” she said. In the years since, the Labor Party has lost 31 of its 44 seats in Israel’s 120-member Knesset, and the historically pro-peace Meretz is down from twelve seats to three.
