QALQILIYA (Ma‘an)— In the second killing of its kind in less
than 24 hours early Thursday, Israeli forces raided a northern West Bank
neighborhood and shot a Palestinian man dead. Witnesses said Israeli
soldiers raided a neighborhood in the center of Qalqiliya and opened
fire at 28-year-old Saleh Samir Abd al-Rahman Yasin, leaving him to
bleed to death. The soldiers shot Yasin “in cold blood,” locals said.
