Where Did the Money to Rebuild Iraq Go?


The Department of Defense is unable to account for the use of $8.7 billion of the $9.1 billion it spent on reconstruction in Iraq.

    No good thing has been done in Iraq by America. Not one. And the wickedness that has been done has no justification.
