    Ann, the article is from Jan. 2011. Since then she had toured Israel after ignoring calls for boycott.

    It seems that Macy just tweeted this:
    "i had a reality check and I stated that I definitely would not have played there if I had known even the little that I know now."

    I didn't check the date (oops).  It's difficult to swallow her "reality check".  She got lots of e-mail & other correspondence that I'm sure pointed out the reasons why she should not go.  But, if she gets it now, that better than nothing.
