Spike in Iraq Violence as Vote Nears

BAGHDAD — A series of bombings, beheadings and shootings rippled through Iraq on Monday, leaving at least 23 people dead, including 9 children, and intensifying concern about a spike in violence with less than two weeks until national elections.

    Off topic and back to that story posted below about  the Mossad's chief who allegedly is obsessed with the Holocaust and was claiming that it's his grandfather who was the Jew pushed etc..
    I found this pgoto of the Mossad's chief, Meir Dagan, and was intrigued by the fact that obviously he's not an Ashkinazi( European or East European Jew). He looks very much like an oriental/Arab jew..That doesn't seem to fit with his story, I believe..I could be misten but I doubt it..
