"Obama's speech shows little real change. In most regards his analysis maintains flawed American policies
Once you strip away the mujamalat – the courtesies exchanged between guest and host – the substance of President Obama's speech in Cairo indicates there is likely to be little real change in US policy. It is not necessary to divine Obama's intentions – he may be utterly sincere and I believe he is. It is his analysis and prescriptions that in most regards maintain flawed American policies intact."

    Abunimah is a good guy but he is living in a dream world if he expects any President to ever say what he wants said.

    I think it's more a corrective to the fawning and awe that accompanies the Messiah's every utterance. I was reading a roundup of the usual suspects and had to stop when someone wrote that the speech was worthy of a Nobel Prize. There's only so much my poor stomach can take.

    And in any case, advocacy for a cause requires commitment to it, and the willingness to hammer away at it every time. Nothing wrong with that.

    Obama Messiah is determined to defeat the global Takfiri threat. I support the chosen one in this task.
     
    I have been impressed by the way that Obama has doubled America's commitment to train and equip the ANSF (Afghan National Security Forces) and to increase foreign aid to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Obama seems really commited to helping the Afghans defeat the Takfiri. He is the One.

    V, do you have "ANY" plan to facilitate the majority of muslims in their efforts to defeat the Takfiri? Any plan at all? Do you ever not complain? V, nothing is ever perfect. All 7 billion of us have to do with the best we have got.
     
    What is your plan to boost technological innovation, product development and process improvement around the planet? What is your plan to boost productivity? What is your plan to improve the global economy? Do you have any strategies at all?
