ReplyDeleteThough to be fair to Bush I don't think it was racism. It was just that he couldn't give a rodent's rectum about poor folks, and the poor folks of New Orleans are predominantly Black.
Ridiculous. Katrina was administrative incompetence and ineptness on a federal, state, and local level.
ReplyDeleteGeorge Bush had many faults, but not caring about black people was not one of them. Last time I visited, Africa had quite a few poor, black people and millions of African lives have been directly impacted and saved because of Bush's programs.
