for the crime of "trespassing" on his own land is released
Another blow to the dispossession and oppression plan: The Beer Sheva district court just ruled that Sheikh Saya is free to return to his village, his land, and his family in Al-Arakib! The district court stated that the release conditions that the police tried to impose on him and that prevented him from returning to his village, are null and void, and there was no reason to keep him in detention. What this means is that the arrest of Sheikh Sayah At-Toury for the crime of "trespassing" was a false arrest, a blackmail attempt aimed at keeping him from his land.
