Patient held without charge and forced to become an informant

Israeli security agents held a Palestinian patient for three weeks without charge, interrogated him repeatedly and offered access to hospital care if he agreed to become an informant.

    Otherwise you won't live.

  4. The Arab wants to go through Israeli land to Israel's capital for treatment.

    Israel owes him nothing.

If he wants to go through Israeli land to Israel's capital for treatment, then he will do his part to keep Israelis alive by giving any relevant information about Arab terrorists who want to murder them.

If it's more important to him that Arab terrorists aren't prevented from murdering innocent Israelis, and that seems to be the case, then obviously Israel should let him twist in the wind.

    No justice. No peace.

  5. Its interesting how many of the "rights groups" up in arms over what has happened to this Palestinian man are BASED in Israel. Its just like Haaretz...you guys post articles from them when they criticize Israel, but its run by ISRAELIS! This blog does a pretty good job at convincing people that Israel offers more rights and freedoms to its citizens (and even its enemies) than any one of its neighbors.

  6. Israel offers more rights than any of its neighbors...even if that were true, it's not saying much, is it?

  7. Ok Guest , you can stop playing the victim now, you're not fooling anyone except your ilk. The real TERRORISTS have savagely   murdered 1400 people in cold blood .
    <span style="">Israel owes him nothing.?</span>

Where do you want them to be based, retard, in Syria? This case took place in Israel so I can't see how a Syrian or Jordanian NGO could have done the job.

Again you're a fool..There are astronomical numbers of articles by Arab journalists and writers but their opinions are rather well known, to us at least, as they are understandably  extremely critical of Israeli,  but we're more interested in knowing how things are shaping up inside Israel or among those who are traditionally supporters of the outlaw Israeli colonial state..

Finally idiot, it's not the point. A whole country has been ethnically cleansed in order to accommodate for European Jews who found no problem in the dispossession of the indigenous population. It's not a question whether Israel is a democratic state, (it's not! It's as Shlomo Sand labeled it, a liberal ethnocracy) or not a democratic state..That should not matter. It's about right and wrong..They've stolen a whole country and and they're still illegally occupying it with no intention to give it back...</span>

As long as they're Jews Molly. Palestinians inside Israel have little rights.

  10. There's no such a thing as Israeli land..Only Arab land..Pre 1948, Jews owned only 5% of the land in Palestine. Hardly justifiable to take over the whole country! True this kind of historical perspectives are not taught in the Israeli educational system..They've forged their own version of mythical foundation based on fairy taled and fake history..The Israeli narrative is the fruit of a marketing machine. A propaganda that has no connection to reality whatsoever.

  11. Gaza is still an occupied territory. It's controlled from air, sea, and all around..It's a giant prison. Israel as an occupying power has the obligation of providing a medical treatment to the occupied. It's called Geneva convention and international law.

  12. <span><span>"they are understandably extremely critical of Israel"</span></span>

Actually, they are critical of Israel because that's what the governments of the Arab states demand! If the journalists aim their articles and stories at the Assad government for example, or the Wahabbi nutjobs in Saudi Arabia, they will be swiftly executed. State-sponsored hatred of Israel is required for dictators to stay in power...and I have news for you: none of the Arab dictators care about Palestinians. The Palestinians who live in Arab countries are treated like animals...the Arab states only "care" about their suffering in Gaza and the West Bank because it deflects attention from their own far more hiddeous crimes.

The slimebag Saddam is probably the best example of this...ranting about Israel's treatment of Palestinians as his Republican Guard wiped out hundreds of thousands of Shiites and Kurds. Which one left a darker mark on the Middle East, TGIA?

  13. Look here Adams
I know exactly who you are and you're not fooling me. You want to take the issue into a different direction.. . But it's not going to work. There's an implacable occupation here which is suffocating an entire group of humans. If you want me to criticise the Arab govts, I do that occasionally that, but my focus is on the occupation and little else. If you don't like it you can stay on Mojo's where you usually operate. Now bugger off!

  16. <span>"Let me ask you a question.. Do YOU care?"</span>

Of course I care...but I don't believe that encouraging more violence against Israel is going to help Palestinians. I'd prefer to see a state where both people's can live together, but that isn't going to happen anytime soon. It would probably just give Hamas more targets anyway...Palestinians sitting in cafes with Israelis would become legitimate targets for suicide bombers...who would be able to resume their activities if the checkpoints are taken down. The whole thing sucks.

Could that be because Israel is addicted to the occupation as Gideon Levy puts it and that's why they're pouring more colonist thugs in the occupied territory nullifying the possiblitity of a viable state ? Is that news to you CH? Now tell what does that have to do with what Hamas does or doesn't? Have you ever seen or heard a settler talking? Have you seen their faces, their suhuman kids in action?

    ReplyDelete
  18. And don't tell me that Israelis do not like the settlers because it's what their elected govt. is implementing with their full support. More disspossession and more ethnic cleansing.
I'm writing this knowing full well that a dialogue with people of your kind is totally fruitless but hey one can always try..
