You'll never guess who this is!

Police in London arrested this monster trying to crash the gate at Betty’s garden party in the back yard at Buckingham. He insisted he was an invited guest & sure enough his identification said Tony Blair, though he still wasn’t admitted. They didn’t want him to upstage Phil. We’ve observed this unfortunate morphing thing on war criminals & other despicable sorts throughout the world: Madeleine Albright, both Hillary & Bill Clinton, Hosni Mubarak, Tony Blair (although he was also born ugly), & many others.
