"When you are reading the Times article, notice that this is not some casual business. No: businesses are waging a war against the Daily Planet( for its criticism of Israel), it has lost 60 percent of ad revenues because of the stance that the brave editor has taken. She has laid off reporters and is doing a fundraising drive."
And here is what happened to the New York Times itself (and two other papers) when they tried a more balanced view on the conflict!..
The people behind the boycott of the newspaper are simply doing what they have a right to do...even if we do not like the reason. What should be interesting to see is if the newspaper's supporters get out there and stand up for the paper and back up their support with $$$$. Surely there must be business owners who want to keep the business of that large Left-leaning crowd in and around Berkley?
ReplyDelete' ... Israeli sympathizers believe "that Israel is literally in a fight for its life."'
ReplyDeleteI think so too.
