"This pathology has been aided and abetted by American Jewish organizations whose agendas conform to the political and ideological views of Israel’s right wing. These organizations do not reflect the views of most American Jews who voted overwhelmingly — nearly 80 percent — for Mr. Obama in the presidential elections."
Henry Siegman, a former national director of the American Jewish Congress, is director of the U.S./Middle East Project.

I told you they're kind of, well..sick!
"Only a U.S. president with the political courage to risk Israeli displeasure — and criticism from that part of the pro-Israel lobby in America which reflexively supports the policies of the Israeli government of the day, no matter how deeply they offend reason or morality — can cure this pathology."
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a pathology of convenience, that is, they feel they can do what they want because they are the poor persecuted ones.
ReplyDeleteAny response to this:
ReplyDelete"the Jews signed up for a two-state solution by accepting United Nations General Assembly Resolution 181 which was approved by a vote of 33 to 13, with 10 abstentions on November 29, 1947 by the UN General Assembly. And the Arabs of Palestine....well, it's been 62 years and one day since that vote and I can't see they have changed. They are still waging their war against the Jews. <span>Posted by: Li'l Mamzer <img src="http://www.michaeltotten.com/mt-static/images/comment/typekey_logo.png" alt="Author Profile Page"/> at November 30, 2009 2:26 PM</span>"

Did the UN General Assembly mandate the two state solution? If so, can the Palestinians still request a one state solution as Hamas and 53% of Palestinians do? Or do Palestinians have to accept a two state solution?
Please correct me if I am wrong; but didn't the 1947 resolution apply to the UN partition plan of 1948 with a considerably larger Palestinians state than the 1967 borders?
TGIA, you once indicated to me that your long term peace plan solution was to have a two state solution based roughly on the 1948 UN partition plan with swaps of territory between the two states of equal quality.
Is this the position of V, Molly, Yasmin, Mara, VAA, RS, Jemmy, Ann etc.?
I think VZA supports 1967 borders.
I don't think Fleming has thought about what he supports.

ReplyDeletePalestinians being the overwhelming majority of 95% of the population in Palestine COULD NOT just accept to be allocated 45% of the land according to the partition plan...UN or no UN. Why should they have?
ReplyDeleteAlso, the Zionists were not happy with the 55% allocated to them, they made it clear they wanted most of the country but since they knew the Palestinians would , as expected, reject the plan they accepted it in order to show the world how peaceful and accommodating they are..It worked!
Finally, I gave you many sources but you seem to ignore them and want me instead to respond to those people on Totten's which I have no time for. Here's a very good link which would refute the hasbara shit on Totten's.

Anan.
ReplyDeleteDo you honestly think that you're going to be able to debate those people on Totten's with bits and pieces that you learn here there in a scattered manner? Without allocating some time and effort to study the conflict and get a grasp of the historical perspective and an understanding of the injustice done to the Palestinians, you'll be wasting your and our time. I recommended a couple of books that you can find in Libraries and bookshops (The two Jewish or/and Israeli scholars, Pappe and Palumbo) and many many links..I can't do more.
<span>Anan. You're really irritating me big time!

Now now TGIA, go easy on anan - he is just using thee same methodology he does for his entire world view...LOL
ReplyDeleteI wonder what I should make of this.
ReplyDeleteThat anan comes back for the hundreth time with a detailed description of his exchanges on Totten's AFTER I, and others, have told him MANY times that he should spare us, to no avail, makes me feel tired, exhausted and kind of drained of energy..
How does one define psychological torture?

ReplyDeleteBy the way, dosen't Siegman do a superb job bringing to the the front the sick condition of these Zionists? He should know being around their asses all his life. He has clarified many issues in this way, I even used him once in his description of what these bastards think like when "negotiating" -

I found this wonderful cartoon on your site(link above): I dearly miss Bush for one thing though. The opportunity to see more cartoons like this one.
ReplyDeleteLong before Eretz Ersatz came into existence, before the UN came into existence, there was a Jewish homeland in Birobidjan. There was no need to steal Palestinian land.
ReplyDeleteI vote to bring back Greater Syria.
