Oh that's ridiculous. The Arabs who live in Israel are citizens of Israel. Why on earth should they be made to learn and sing an anthem that excludes them?
Here ya go, vza! Readin' a lot of Spanish lately? You'll like this; it is from one of our region's distinguished intellectuals (friend of my late father's, actually). I don't agree with everything he says, but when he speaks, I listen (unlike his two-bit son, but that is another story)
Arabs can always sing their own national anthems- elsewhere.
