  1. Democracy for the Arabs is pearls to the swine.

  2. How does Asad know that the Arabs will not follow the Iraqi model? Lebonan seems to be following the Iraqi model. Except Lebonan doesn't have true one person one vote, resulting in under representation among Shia Lebanese.

    Soon Iraq will have the toughest army in the Arab world. I think many will follow the Iraqi model.

    Anand, Please get that head injury looked at by a specialist ASAP. I am concerned.

  4. Listen Anand, if you do not stop the bullshit about the "tough" special forces murderers in Iraq I am going to drop you off in the vicinity of one of their butcheries and see if you survive (keeping my fingers crossed).

    As'ad did excellent in this interview.

    It's so funny that you pussies are so worried about Fox News.
    Every day I get Pacifica's Amy Goodman, Queen of the Radio Bush-Haters. Next was the Nation of Islam minister, where they begin every show with praise for Malcomb X's killer. The Veegans come on, too ,and lament the suffering of cows, and chickens (after Amy comes on to mount a vigorous defense of our Constitutional right to commit infanticide. )
    The residents of Echo Chamber Island need to get out more ;
    You;ll never be able to whip the Jews if you can't handle

    No sir, because Lebanon has always had elections and always had a democratic platform. It wasn't perfect for sure and corruption is wide spread but democracy it was. So much for Israel being the only democracy in the ME.

  9. TGIA, you are right that Lebonan has long held elections. Were the elections held during the 1970s to 1990 civil war free and fair?

    Lebonan might be following Iraq in multiple other ways. Lebonan's government is becoming increasingly competent. The Lebonese economy is starting to improve. Lebonan is attracting many more tourists.  Lebonan is starting to build a capable army, although it is years behind the Iraqi Army in quality and capacity.

    One difference between the Lebanese Army and the Iraqi Army is that the Iraqi Army has defeated all the militias inside Iraq (unless you consider the provincial police from KRG a militia.) The Lebanese Army has not yet confronted one militia, Hezbollah. I wonder if the Lebanese Army eventually disarms Hezbollah's militia? If so, when?

  10. Anand, try to do something useful. I have an idea for you, soon they will be introducing the Tata from India in the USA. My recommendation, for the good of the people, is that you volunteer as a vehicle test dummy

  11. v. you jealous that the designers of Tata were capable of designing a car superior to any product any socialist/communists ever designed?

    Communists aint too good at product development.

  13. AA touches his nose a lot. Has he been snorting something?

  14. Hanan Ashrawi touches her nose a lot too.  Thus, we can conclude that it is an Arab practice to touch one's nose while speaking.

  15. I touch my nose a lot also, but that is because when I move my hands while talking and my nose is so big...lol :)
